President Kimberly Baltunis presents the lab with a check for $5,000 and asked our members “in addition to our financial contribution I am asking that each member find a little time to volunteer in some capacity. We don’t have a group service project planned with them so individually we can make a big Rotarian impact! After touring the facility and meeting the amazing team I am blown away that we have this amazing resource for kids in our small town.”
The club obtained a $2,500 grant from our Rotary International District 5500 grant program and matched that from our Bisbee Rotary Charities (a 501(c)3) funds, to provide consumables to the lab and allow more kids to do and learn!
